Virtual Endorsements

The Virtual Endorsements page shows a sample of the endorsement as it will appear on the back of scanned cheque images for this customer as well as a list of all endorsement strings that make up the complete endorsement. While some strings within the endorsement are static and can not be modified, you can modify other strings (those with a corresponding edit icon ()) to suit the customer's specific needs.

There are two sections to this page:

• The upper Sample Endorsement section shows a visual representation of the virtual endorsement. This representation does not show accurate customer-level details.
• The lower Virtual Endorsements section lists the elements that are currently defined for the virtual endorsement. (If these elements were not specifically defined for this customer, then the elements default to the bank settings). You may be able to edit some or all of the elements, depending on your user permissions. While some strings within the endorsement are static and can not be modified, you can modify other strings (those with a corresponding edit icon ()) to suit the customer's specific needs.

When you make a change, the new configuration is saved to the database and you return to this page. Select another element, or click the Return button to exit.
