Edit Reports
The Edit Reports page displays all of the available reports that the selected user can be given permission to access (those reports in the Available list) and which reports they have access to (those reports in the Assigned list).
- Make any desired changes to the user's assigned reports, noting the following:
- Unless the current user has the appropriate permission to access the REPORTS tab of the application (that is, the Access Reports permission (APP_REPORTS) must be included in one of the roles assigned to the user) the user will not be able to access any reports even if specific reports are assigned on this page.
- To assign a user access to a report, select the report from the Available list, and click the Add >> button. This moves the report to the Assigned list and gives the user access to that report.
- To remove access to a report from a user, select the report from the Assigned list, and click the << Remove button. This moves the report to the Available list and removes access to that report from the user.
Tip: You can work with multiple reports simultaneously by pressing and holding the CTRL key while selecting reports to either assign or remove reports.
- When you have finished making your changes, click the Save button to save your changes and return to the User Details page.
