Edit Scanner Driver Preferences

The Edit Scanner Driver Preferences page lets you block associated users from downloading scanner drivers, or lets you set a deadline for updating to a new driver version. After the deadline passes, users cannot create deposits until they update their scanner driver.

1. Make any desired changes to the customer's scanner driver preferences, noting the following:
   • To prevent a customer's users from installing or updating scanner drivers through the Completion application interface, select the Do not allow users to install/update scanner drivers check box
   • If updated scanner drivers are listed on the page, you can override the default driver expiry dates for each supported driver by changing the expiry dates.
   • Before the customer-specific expiry date, this customer's users will have the option of deferring the driver update to a later date.
   • After the customer-specific expiry date, this customer's users will be required to update their scanner drivers before being permitted to continue working with the Completion application.
2. When you have finished making your changes, click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Customer Preferences page.
