Edit Reports
The Edit Reports page shows you which reports are currently available to the customer (reports appearing in the Assigned list) and which reports are not available (reports appearing in the Available list).
- Make any desired changes to the customer's report access:
- To grant the customer access to a report, select the report from the Available list, and click the Add >> button. This moves the report to the Assigned list and makes the report available to the customer.
- To deny the customer access to a report, select the report from the Assigned list, and click the << Remove button. This moves the report to the Available list and removes the customer's access to the report.
Tip: You can work with multiple reports simultaneously by pressing and holding the CTRL key while selecting reports to either grant or deny user access.
- When you have finished making your changes, click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Customer Details page.
