Bank Rule/Account Search

The Bank Rule/Account Search page allows you to search for existing bank-level rule/account pairs using criteria such as rule descriptions, routing/transit numbers, or account numbers. A drop-down menu provides the search types and the text box accepts partial search data. Search data is not case sensitive, and if the number of results exceeds the maximum number of returns, you must enter more specific search data.

  1. Select a data type from the drop-down menu. You can search for Account Number, Routing Transit, or Rule Description.
  2. Enter data in the empty data box and then click the Search button, or to see a list of all existing rule / account combinations, click the Show All button.

If the number of returns exceeds the programmed maximum, you have to enter partial data to narrow the search.

  3. The result table displays the results of your search.

Note: Click the View () icon next to a result to view or edit a rule/account combination (depending on your user role).

  4. You can create a new rule/account combination by clicking the Create New Rule Account button. This new combination applies to all customers of the current bank.

You can also create a new rule to link to accounts by clicking the Create New Rule button.
