Driver Download

The Driver Download page appears if:

If you are allowed to download and install drivers, you will see images of the supported scanners. Otherwise you see a message that provides you with contact information for support and assistance.

To correct this situation:

  1. Close your capture session.
  2. Choose Start > All Programs > eDeposit Web Client > Restart WebClient Driver.
  3. Restart your capture session.
  4. Disconnect the scanner USB cable from the computer (and not from the scanner itself).
  5. Locate the picture that matches your scanner and then click the driver link beside it.
  6. On the file download page, make a note of the driver file name and destination and then save the driver to your hard drive.
  7. Open the download folder and then double-click the driver file to install it.

    Follow the instructions to install the driver and then reconnect the USB cable.

  8. Restart your capture session.
