Edit Customer
The Edit Customer page displays general information about the selected customer. Depending on your role, you may be able to edit this information or you may only be able to view it and not make changes.
To edit this customer's information:
- Make any desired changes to the customer's general information, noting the following:
- When drop-down menus are provided, you must choose from the available choices.
- Any field names marked with an asterisk "*" must contain data.
- If Billing Systems are enabled, verify the Billing Account Number, the Billing Routing Transit Number and the Billing System. If "None" is available as a billing system, billing is optional for this customer. If "None" is not available, you must select a billing system for this customer.)
- If you enable ACH processing for this customer, you must also verify the Company Identification number issued by the ACH system, and the company names - use the Add or Remove buttons to change the names in the Company Names box.
- Check the contents of the Other box as it may contain previous address information which you can place in the new address fields. Once you use this information, you can delete it and replace it with other data, using up to 256 characters.
- An Optional Field may be present, with a custom title. This can be turned on or off by clicking the appropriate radio button.
- When you have finished making your changes, click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Customer Details page.
