Customer Details

The Customer Details page displays summary information about the selected customer and allows you to edit the customer's information, available reports, assigned time zones, and deposit accounts.

The Customer Information summary displays the following customer information:

Page Element	Description
Customer Number	The numeric identification number assigned to the customer by the application.
Customer UID	The customer's unique identification information.
Customer name	The customer's name.
Business address	The customer's street address, city, country, province, and postal code.

The Report Access list shows which reports are available to the customer.

The Time Zones list shows the time zones in which the customer processes.

The Deposit accounts list shows the deposit accounts defined for the customer.

In addition to reviewing the displayed information, you can also perform the following actions:

To make changes to the customer's information, click the Edit button.
To edit which reports are available to the customer, click the Edit Report Access button.
To edit which time zones are defined for the customer, click the Edit Time Zones button.
To edit an existing customer account, click the corresponding edit () icon.
To delete an existing customer account, click the corresponding delete () icon.
To add a new customer account, click the Create New Account button.
