Bank User Details

The Bank User Details page displays summary information about the selected bank user and allows you to edit the user's information, assigned roles, and authentication settings (if configured).

The User Information summary displays the following user information:

Description

User ID

The selected user's assigned identification value.

Email

The user's email address.

First name

The user's first name.

Last name

The user's last name.

Security question

The user's selected account security question.

Answer to security question

The user's answer to the account security question.

Phone number

The user's telephone number

Locked

The user's current application access status:

  • No – Either the user's account is currently unlocked (and the user can log in to the application) or, if your system is configured to use second factor user authentication, the user's account was locked after the user failed to answer the configured number of prompted second factor challenge questions (and the user can no longer log in to the application).
  • Administrator Lock – The user's account is currently locked. The account was either locked in RSA or locked manually by an administrator through the Completion application. While a user's account is locked, the user will not be able to log in to the application.
  • Unknown – Either RSA is not being used or, if your system is configured to use RSA, the user does not have a record in the back-end store (for example, the user information was loaded through a data load file).

Time zone

The user's time zone.

The Assigned roles summary displays the role or roles assigned to the selected user.
