The Edit Account page displays information related to individual customer deposit accounts like the account number, the routing transit number of the deposit bank, and an account display name to further identify the account. Depending on how your system is configured, additional information may also be included (like billing settings or work type-based account assignments).
If your role allows you to edit the account information, the Save button is enabled.
Note: Depending on how your system is configured, some entry fields may be pre-filled for you, in which case you can not change the assigned values.
Note: Once a specific CART has been assigned to an account, that CART can not be assigned to any other accounts with the same work type (as that assigned CART will no longer appear in the CART drop-down menu).
To change a default limit, enter a new value in the corresponding Override field, using the following guidelines:
Deposit amount ($) – Enter the maximum dollar value you want to permit for a single deposit made to this account.
Item amount ($) – Enter the maximum dollar value you want to permit for a single item within a deposit made to this account.
Approved item amount ($) – Enter the maximum dollar value you want to permit for a single item within a deposit made to this account before the deposit must be transmitted by another user.
Item count – Enter the maximum number of items you want to permit in a single deposit made to this account.
