Edit Message

The Edit Message page allows you to change the user or group to whom the message will be displayed, the date range during which the message will appear, and the text of the message.

When you have finished updating the required (*) fields, click the Save button to save any changes.

To change the message recipient:

  1. Select Bank, Customer or User from the Message type drop-down menu.
  2. If you selected Customer or User, click the Find Owner link beside the Message Target field.

    The Message Customer Search page displays.

  3. Select the customer for whom the message is intended.

To change the message display dates:

  1. Use the Effective date controls to specify the first date on which you want the message to be displayed (day/month/year).
  2. Use the Expiry date controls to specify the last date on which you want the message to be displayed (day/month/year).

To change the message text:

  1. Copy the existing text.
  2. Click the Delete () icon next to that message.
  3. If necessary, select the language you want from the drop-down menu (the selection may already be correct.)
  4. Paste the previous message text into the message box, then edit the text or add new text as required.
  5. Repeat these steps for any other language versions of this message.
