User Search/Find User

The User Search page, displayed after clicking a Find User or Find Owner link, allows you to select a specific user to include in a query.

Note: You do not need to consider character case in your search data.

  1. Select User ID or Last Name from the drop-down menu.

Note: If you accessed this page from the Audit Log Search page you can also select a specific bank or selected customer from an additional drop-down menu to further refine your user search. Additionally, if you did not specify a customer before accessing this page, you can click the Find Customer link above the drop-down menu to select a specific customer before proceeding with your user search.

  2. Enter full or partial data for the user you want to find in the search entry field.

For example, if the user ID you are searching for is “wm_op1”, entering “wm”, “op1”, or “1” will find this user, and any other user with an ID containing those characters as well. The more characters you enter, the fewer search results you will see.

  3. Click the Search button.

Note: You can also click the Show All button to see all users. If there are too many results, enter partial data to limit the next search, then click the Search button.

The List of Users table displays the results of your search.

  4. Click the view () icon for the user you want to include in the query.
