From the Welcome page, you can quickly access common processing operations and see any messages that require your attention.

Tabs |
The tabs (along the top of the application) let you access the different application functions. The functions available to you depend on your assigned user role(s) and the permissions associated with the role(s), as well as the features configured for your system, and include: HOME – Clicking this tab returns you to the Home page (this page) from any other page within the application. RESOURCES – Clicking this tab lets you access the Resource List page; letting you view and manage user assignments for a selected location. DEPOSITS – Clicking this tab lets you access the deposit processing function of the application; letting you view a list of current deposits, edit and complete open deposits, and create new deposits. REPORTS – Clicking this tab lets you access the reporting function of the application; letting you generate and view reports detailing deposit processing activities and deposit item details. RESEARCH – Clicking this tab lets you access the research function of the application; letting you look up information about a completed deposit or a specific deposit item. REVIEW – Clicking this tab lets you access the Deposit Review List page; letting you review and complete any Open-Approved deposits (that is, deposits that were completed and approved but have not yet been transmitted). AGED OPEN DEPOSITS – Clicking this tab lets you access the Aged Open Deposit List page; letting you review and complete any aged open deposits (that is, deposits that were started but not completed and are older than a defined age limit) assigned to you. ADMINISTRATION – Clicking this tab lets you access the administration function of the application; letting you manage user and location details, application preferences and other processing settings. ALERTS – Clicking this tab lets you access the alerts page of the application; letting you view and manage the alerts generated by the system when customers and users exceed their configured deposit limits or item processing thresholds. SERVICES – Clicking this tab lets you access the Service Request – Query page; letting you view the results of processed Web Banking Interface and Passport Integration service requests. CUSTOM TABS – Depending on how your system has been configured, you may see up to four additional "custom" tabs in the application (the tab names will depend on your actual implementation). Clicking these tabs lets you access supplemental content that has been added to the application for your use. |
User Information |
This area (in the top-right corner of the page) shows your user information and which user roles you have been assigned. |
Application Links |
These links (in the top-right corner of the page) allow you to access the online help file for the application, enable or disable the application tool tips (that provide supplemental information about the application controls when you mouse over a user interface element), change your challenge questions, and sign out of the application. |
User Alerts |
Review this area (in the bottom-left corner of the page) to see messages that were sent to you directly from your administrator. Typical user alerts may include notices about your user account, changes made to a deposit you recently completed, or special handling instructions for a newly assigned deposit. |
Messages |
Review this area (in the bottom-left corner of the page) to see any general information that was sent to all application users. Typical messages may include notifications about upcoming system maintenance or scheduled downtime, or changes to deposit processing times. |
