The Transport Recovery page appears if an item jams in the scanner, or another scanner problem occurs. This page warns you about the problem and prompts you to correct any problems before continuing.
If a jam occurs, or an error occurs during scanning, perform the following tasks before rescanning an item:
Note: If the page includes an additional status message indicating whether double-feed detection is currently enabled and a Change Setting button, you can click the button to disable double-feed detection for the remainder of the deposit in cases where you are processing items that are triggering false double-feeds (for example, where your deposit contains carrier documents or thick items).
