Image Quality

The Image Quality page shows the captured cheque images and indicates the status of the image quality tests for the current item. When this page first appears, the image displayed is the first image that failed a quality test.

Review the image and test results below the image to determine how you should process the image:

  1. Look at the images to verify that the document was scanned correctly. If you see that the document was reversed, upside down, or folded you can delete the item and scan it again.

    View the test results below the image. The test name, result, type, and value columns provide details to help you determine what corrective action to take:

  2. Once you determine the proper action to take, click the Return to Edit Item button to return to the Edit Item pop-up to carry out your decision.
