The Duplicate Items page appears when eDeposit recognizes that the scanned item is identical to another item in the database.
The captured item appears at the top of the page, along with details about the item in the Current deposit details information area.
The potential duplicate item may appear at the bottom of the page, along with details about the item in the Duplicate deposit details information area.
Note: Depending on the permissions you have been assigned, you may not be able to view potential duplicate items from other locations, deposits, or customers. If you do not have the appropriate permission(s) to view potential duplicate items from other locations, deposits, or customers, the Duplicate deposit details information and corresponding image on the page will be blank (indicating that a potential duplicate item existed, but preventing you from seeing any specific details about the item).
