Scanner Driver Verification

The Scanner Driver Verification page appears if you attempt to access the scanner while using the application but the application can not determine whether the scanner driver (required by the Completion application) is installed on your workstation and available for use.

When this page appears:

1. Refer to the instructions on the page and select the option which best matches your understanding of the situation.
2. Once you have made your selection (and, if required, after reinitializing your scanner driver and confirming the reinitialization), click the Continue button to continue your Completion application processing.

   Depending on your selection, the application will either re-direct you to the Driver Download page where you can download and install the scanner driver, or will make another attempt to verify whether the required scanner driver is now available:

   • If the driver is available, you will be returned to the page you were using prior to this page being displayed, or directed to the page you were attempting to access before the scanner verification occurred.
   • If the driver is still not available, a "404" error page will display, requiring you to log out and back in to the application.
