Scanner Driver Currently Busy

The Scanner Driver Currently Busy page appears when the scanner driver (required by the Completion application) is in use by another application. As the driver may only be used by a single application at a time, you must close the other application before being permitted to continue working with the Completion application.

When this page appears:

1. Close the application listed in the information box on this page. If you are not certain which application is being identified, contact your supervisor or system administrator for assistance.
2. After closing the other application, click the Return button to continue your Completion application processing.
