Edit Location Type

The Edit Location Type page allows you to change the description assigned to an existing location type and configure the supplemental deposit processing options defined for the location type.

To edit a location type:

1. Make any changes to the location type information, noting the following:
   • Use a unique name for the location type in the Description field. The name you enter will be used to identify the location type in the administrative pages used to assign location types to locations.
   • Select the Enable automatic completion of deposits check box to have all eligible open-state deposits completed automatically at locations to which this location type is assigned when the configured automatic deposit completion and transmission time for each of a location's configured time zones occurs.
   • Select the Enable automatic transmission of completed deposits check box to have all eligible completed deposits transmitted automatically at locations to which this location type is assigned when the configured automatic deposit completion and transmission time for each of a location's configured time zones occurs.
2. Once you have finished editing the location type, click Save to save your changes and return to the Location Types page.
