Resource List

The Resource List page lets you review and manage user assignments for the currently selected location. The page lists all users that are assigned to the current location.

Assigned resources (users) are shown in the List of Resources.

• If the currently selected location (identified below the page title) is a user's home location, a check mark will appear in the Home Location column of the List of Resources for that user.
• To remove the current location from a user's assigned locations, click the unassign () icon beside the user's User ID.

  Note: You can not unassign a user from the current location if the location is the user's home location. As such, unassign icons will only be available for users that have a different home location than the current location.

• To add the current location to an unlisted user, click the Assign Resource button to display the Resource Search page, search for the user you wish to add, and then click the assign () icon beside the user's User ID to assign the current location to that user and return to the Resource List page.
• To return to the Location Select page, click the Return button.
