The Deposit Review List page lets you review and complete any Open-Approved deposits (that is, deposits that were completed and approved but have not yet been transmitted) prior to transmitting them.
Open-Approved deposits are shown in the List of Deposits.
To determine the actual number of deposits available for review in the system and the number that are available for display on the page, refer to the record total information in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. For example, a record total of "Showing: 1-10 of 100 (200 total)", indicates that there are 200 available records in total, your system is configured to limit displayed deposits to 100, and you are viewing the first 10 records on the current page.
If you are looking for a specific deposit that is not included in the deposits available for display on the page, you will need to use the search controls to locate it.
The record total information in the bottom right-hand corner of the page will update to reflect your applied filters and will now include a "qualified" number instead of an overall total to show how many deposit records match your selections. For example, a record total of "Showing: 1-10 of 100 (120 qualified)", indicates that there are 120 available records matching the search filters you selected, your system is configured to limit displayed deposits to 100, and you are viewing the first 10 records on the current page.
Note: If you designate the Amount Changed column as the sort column, any deposits flagged with a Review Amount () icon will appear at the top of the list when an ascending sort order is selected, or at the bottom of the list when a descending sort order is selected.
Note: If you have been assigned the Mark for Aged Deletion (MARK_FOR_AGED_DELETION) permission, deposit records for any deleted deposits will be retained in the database until the records are aged out (rather than being deleted immediately when the purge task is run), allowing those deposit records to be researched while they remain in the database.
Note: If your system has been configured to use the delayed transmission feature, deposits will be placed into a temporary "Pending Transmission" state after you click the Transmit button instead of being transmitted directly. Deposits will remain in this temporary state for a configured amount of time (by default, 15 minutes) prior to actual transmission. During that time, you can change your decision to transmit a deposit, electing instead to revert the deposit to whichever open- processing state it was in prior to being "transmitted".
To revert a "Pending Transmission" deposit to whichever state (Open-Approved or Open-Balanced) it was in before you clicked Transmit, click the corresponding Cancel Transmission () icon in the Tasks column.
