Verify Your Identity

If your system is configured to include second factor user authentication, this page will be displayed whenever you are required to provide an answer to one of your challenge questions.

To verify your identity:

1. Type your answer to the prompted question in the entry field.

   Note: If you can not remember the answer to the selected question, click I can't answer this question to be prompted with another one of your challenge questions. If you fail to provide the correct answer to prompted challenge questions before reaching the configured number of allowable attempts (either by failing to answer a question correctly or by requesting too many alternate questions), your account will be locked and you will be prevented from logging into the application.

2. Optionally, if you only want to be prompted with challenge questions on this workstation when required, ensure Remember me on this computer is checked.
3. Click the Continue button.

   If your Sign On information is verified successfully, the Welcome page displays.
