Scanner Search Page

The Scanner Search page allows you to search for a specific cheque scanner (by serial number) or list all cheque scanners that have been set to a disabled state after exceeding a configured number of consecutive Image Quality Analysis errors. Before an operator can resume using a disabled scanner, you must re-enable the scanner from this page by clicking the corresponding Enable link.

To search for a scanner:

  1. Enter the scanner serial number in the Serial Number field.

    Tip: If you only know part of the number, enter the first number(s) of the serial number.

  2. Click Search.

    The scanners matching your search criteria appear in the List of Scanners table.

    Tip: You can also click the Show All Disabled button to show all scanners currently in a disabled state.

To re-enable a scanner:

  1. Click the Enable link corresponding to the scanner you wish to re-enable.
